Destination Field?

Trying to create an Update Query.
I add the fields and criteria for one of the 2 fields. I right click
and choose DataSheet View and AC 2007 tells me I must select a Destination
Field.
When I click help it says I must select a destination field.
Gee, AC 2007 help figured that out all by it's self!!
Now, hopefully I can get an answer as to HOW to choose a destination field.

When you change the query to an UPDATE query a new row should appear in
the design grid under each field you have included labeled "Update To".
Did you put something in that?
 
That's it!
Wasn't sure what it meant by destination field.
Needed something to update to.
