HELP HELP HELP - I have our movie finished and put together, I saved it as a
DV-AVI file and then pulled in into Nero to burn onto a DVD. I did it,
watched the burned DVD and noticed there was a 2 minute section in the movie
(about 19 minutes long) that was very choppy - audio smooth, video choppy.
It isn't this way when you watch it on Movie Maker. So I tweaked a few
things, converted "second try" into a DV-AVI file, PREVIEWED it this time in
Nero (it looked great), burned it, and the same thing happened.

Any help would be appreciated as I am supposed to show this Sat night.

Thanks.

OK - I'm a real computer novice, but I have Windows XP, Movie Maker (not
Movie Maker 2) and Nero Smart Start (Vision Express 2, Ultra 6). I have
burned two copies of my movie (saved separately on Movie Maker) and it is the
exact same place in the movie both times. What confuses me is that the
playback in Movie Maker and the preview in Nero are both clean.

Strange....I cant really think of anything.....I use the same version of
Nero without problem....

Have you tried different DVD player? Ie confirm that it is not the
memory handling on the player...It doesnt happen often...but it does
happen..

Try 'write to hard disk folder' ('set the parameters for burning' on the
target on the rendering page of Nero) and see if it is in the nero
rendered movie

Hi Oscar
This may or may not work in your case but I have had a similar experience
before and burning at a slower speed solved the issue.
