Please help ! I'm being flooded with people trying to
contact me on MSN, until recently I was able to block them
by adding them to my blocklist (which has become quite
large by now).

I suspect the block list is full or something cause when
trying to block a user now I get the response that
blocking that user was not possible.

This has gone so far I cannot use the MSN client anymore
without getting interrupted in work. I think this is
becoming a growing problem which Micro$oft have to solve !

Regards.

I just wonder if it might be because Windows Messenger runs by default all of
the time when on the Internet - I wonder if the block-list extends from MSN
Messenger to Windows Messenger? It seems it should...

Try Yahoo Messenger if you can't solve your problem with MSN Messenger. I
believe by % usage numbers, Yahoo Messenger comes out ahead of MSN Messenger.
But since most people who run Windows XP are by default logged in with Windows
Messenger...... Hmmmmm <pondering> . My friend told me the other day (he
was reading from an article) the #1 Instant Messenger = AOL, #2 Instant
Messenger = Yahoo. The Yahoo Network has chatrooms & Newsgroups & online
games - all kinds of stuff, etc, just like the MS Network. (BTW you can run
more than one IM program at a time).

Greetings Johan,

Actually a small minority of users are currently experiencing this, if you could e-mail me
your Passport e-mail address, it would be helpful in checking exactly what's happening in
your particular case.
