Desktops for different users

Hi: I have some visitors who will be needing access to my PC while they are
here at my home. I set up a user account for them (one account for both
visitors), but when I switch to that user to test it all out, it shows
folders from my own desktop that I'd rather not show on this guest user
desktop, as they have confidential info in them.

How do I go about removing sensitive items from the new desktop?

Thanks!

it says here in windows xp "when u have guests visiting don't setup user
account
for guests because it gives a lot of access.setup a guest account.guest
account
CAN NOT be password protected.

It's not a good idea to keep folders on your desktop - the desktop is
vulnerable to corruption and is not designed for data storage. Create
folders anywhere on your HDD and create a shortcut to them on your
desktop. Much safer.

Eh? Says WHAT, WHERE?
The guest account is a security risk and should be turned OFF according
to the MS Baseline Security Advisor.

while keeping these items on desktop of your account, remove them from the
desktop of "all users" account. Moreover if u can't do that, hide ur folders
and also set permissions for those accounts as deny so that even if they r
able to see ur hidden contents they won't be able to read them
