Wehn My computor loads, There is just a blank page. I
cna only access programs via Task Manager. Wjen the
computor is logging off however the desk top flashes up
quickly but then the computor shuts down, so i gather it
is running iin the back ground it will just not let me
access it.

Are you able to right click the desktop and check that the Arrange Icons
by> menu has "Show Desktop Icons" checked? Or able to get into Display
Properties> Desktop> Customize Desktop to remove web content?

Also, check Event Viewer for possible errors. And check the system with an
up to date antivirus program. Wouldn't hurt to also run a current version
of AdAware or Spybot Search and Destroy to check for malware.
