Tony

I have got an ICON on my desktop that I cannot remove.
This icon seems to have installed itself when i was going
through my mail from a site I do not normally go through.
When I try to remove it it says
" Access Denied Make sure the disk is not full or write
protected."

When I look at the properties it says it's an application
and Description is Content Access Plugin
I would be grateful if somebody can help.

Hi Tony, The file seems to be a dialer virus.

More description here:

Symantec Security Response - Dialer.Flatfive:
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/dialer.flatfive.html

Additionally: Run Ad-Aware to eliminate the spyware products from the
system, which is creating the problem. Download Ad-Aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Dont forget to "update" it.

Try going into safe mode to delete it this has worked for me with these little buggers.
