I think my computer has gone and screwed up on me. When I go to
change my background pic, it will NOT read what I have in My
Documents/My Pictures. Is there any way I can just add in a folder
for it to read?

The default folder for the background images is C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper.
You should be able to click the Browse button in the background dialog box
and view any folder you wish. Make sure you are looking at the proper My
Pictures folder for your user profile.

Oh, yeah, I've found that out. And I do know about
browsing. But in all my other computers, when I go to
change my background pic, it lists what I have in My
Pictures. Just this one computer dosen't.
