DESKTOP UPSIDE DOWN but dos is right side up

These one is a weird one i didnt believe it at first. Ive
seen a joke program button this is not it. Does anyone
know of any solutions or viruses that cause this to
happen. Thanks for your time.
 
You need to tell us what brand of video card or adapter you have.
If you happen to have a NVIDIA card or adapter, right-click on
your desktop and select:

Properties > Settings > Advanced > GeForce (tab) > NVRotate
and change the setting to "Landscape (0 degree rotation)".

Note: You may have to stand on your head to perform this task.

With my Intel graphics, the setting is found in control panel,
display, settings tab, advanced, Intel extreme graphics, graphics
properties, rotation. I believe rotation is enabled by default. Also,
there are some hotkeys that can trigger it.
