Point to C:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386

If that does not exist, you can simply cancel that dialog.

I tried this and fear I may have really hosed my
computer. It was asking me to "Restore" settings and
turn back the clock kinda stuff. After I restarted, I
got this error: RUNDLL "X" Error loading NvQTwk
The specified module could not be found.

Thank you for creating more issues for me to resolve.

Thank you for the words. BTW, Nvqtwk.dll is not related to Internet Explorer or whatever troubleshooting we've carried out earlier. Nvqtwk.dll is a module of your nVidia drivers. As you say I've created more issues in your PC, I'm not going to 'trouble' you any more.

Good Luck!
