My PrintScrn never worked no matter what buttons I pressed along with it.
Now it does thanks to "Purrint". There was an article about it in PC World

Anando, you tell me!! I haven't the faintest. I've only had this PC since
February, and that was one of the first things I noticed. I called the shop
and they confirmed that it doesn't work! Unless, of course, there are some
settings some where I'm overlooking.
Purrint works fine, and quite honestly, I prefer working from menus rather
than quick keys.

The other function keys work, such as My Computer, Windows, ctrl alt etc
etc. If the key was broken then Purrint wouldn't work either. It's this
keyboard I'm sure. (Microsoft PS2 Internet KB and Optical mouse)

I can see people are talking here without understanding eachother.
The PRINT SCREEN button in windows does NOT print the screen. It captures
the screen and puts the image in the
clipboard. You have to go paste it afterwards in an image program like
paint.
By using third party programs you CAN make the print screen button PRINT the
screen.
