Windows XP Desktop Resolution

Alrite.... I use a windows me, 4mb video card, 600 mhz, intel celeron.
My laptops resolution that i use is 800x600... That's the limit...
Cant go any higher... Is there some kind of software which allows
me to increase my desktop resolution's limit maybe 1024x768 without
upgrading any hardware??
 
No :)

Well not if you want your entire desktop viewable on your screen without having to scroll from side to side
