Desktop MDB file refresh

I have an Access frontend / SQL backend program thats distributed to company
users nationwide. We have a cumbersome process where we email all users with
the latest version of the program as a zipped file and they save to their
desktop.
Is there a process within Windows XP where I can automatically refresh the
latest mdb version on their desktop maybe using a shared network folder?
