Desktop lockdown

Hello,

I'm working on a desktop lockdown GPO.... when it's applied, users cannot
visit the "Office Update" site... When the site starts searching for
updates they eventually get the message: "The office update catalog cannot
be displayed".

Any idea what restriction may be causing this?
