Desktop Icon

In WIndows 98 there was an icon on the toolbar to show
the desktop (i.e. when there are others windows
currently shown, it automatically minimizes them).
Anyone know how to make one in XP?

It is an icon on the Quick Launch Toolbar. If it is missing:

Restore/Add Show Desktop to Quick Launch (Line 61)
