Desktop Icon

Oxy

when I load my quick launch toolbar there is no desktop icon in it. How can
I install one or how do I view the desktop while running other programs? (I
have only just upgraded from 98SE and still feeling my way around.)

2 methods...wait for maybe a 3rd method from someone else.

Copy and paste the five lines below into Notepad.

[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop

Then save it as Show Desktop.scf and drag it to your
quick launch bar.

Right click on icon\create shortcut then drag it to Desktop. Open Quick launch and drag it in there.
