Desktop Icon Titles..

I'm breaking in a new XP home edition SP3 computer and I notice the
title under the icons is abbreviated?

On my old XP he SP3 computer,it has Nero StartSMart Essentials. With
Essentials on the bottom line.

The new computer had Nero StartSm... with StartSm... on the bottom line.
When I click on the icon, it shows the full name like the old computer
does but when I click on a different desktop icon the name shortens.

Is there a tweak or setting to get the full name all the time?

Mine works the same way but I have quite a number of shortcut icons on my
desktop and I assumed that abbreviation was merely to accommodate to the
space provided.
