Desktop icon color change

After installing printer driver, My recycle Bin icon partially changed into
blue color. At that time the recycle bin was empty. after i delete a file
,the icon changed into original color. If i empty the recycle bin ,icon color
partially changed into Blue .

Repeatability : once

User type : Administrator

this icon color change was occured once in XP Embedded machine.
