desktop display problem

I have a lot of JPG files on my computer at work. Some are work related and therefore not appropriate to use at a "desktop image
If I go into "properties" and then "desktop" - all of the JPG files are listed in the window where I choose what I want my desktop image to be
How do I limit the available pictures

Create another folder called "Pictures" or what ever you
want. The pictures that are saved in your "My Pictures"
folder will be an option for backgroung, if they are in a
different folder they wont be displayed as a background
option. Hope this helps
