Desktop Cleanup Wizard

I turned off the Desktop Cleanup Wizard many moons ago. This morning it
ran. When I went to check the setting it was turned on. I'm the sole user
of this computer (unless my cat figured out how to do it). How would this
get
turned back on?? It was one of the first things I turn off when I installed
xp over a year
ago.

Any help will be appreciated
James
 
SWAG, some Windows Update probably did it. Some WUs restart disabled
services and even change Display Properties settings.
