Can anyone recommend a freeware desk top calendar program, that has a
system icon.
Something similar to the Gator Date Manager but without the spyware.
 
Try The Diary from http://www.overware.com I like it and it's free.

Here is what is on th web page.

"Many people come here looking for The Diary program. This is the right
place, but I am having problems locating the backup of the file. The main
reason that this site has been rebuilt is that I had lost many of my
backups and am now trying to recreate the Diary code. When it is available,
I will post it. Thanks for your patience. -Bob"

I visited the site www.overware.com and couldn't find 'The Diary'
I did notice 2 x messages enquiring what had happened to it?
any advice.....? thanks.
