When a .bat script is run from the desktop from a shortcut and AntiSpyware
requests confirmation to allow, if the script is allowed, then the first time
it runs, it runs without the properites assigned to it by the shortcut
(arguments/layout/colours/minimized etc.). Subsequent runs of the script are
ok.
The critical item here is that the arguments specified in the shortcut
Target field may condition the behaviour of the script and the first run
through AntiSpyware may malfunction because of the missing arguments.
