desktop backround /my pictures

Everything that is in My Pictures is automatically sent to my desktop
backround for a choice as a wallpaper.I've read some of the threads but no
luck so far.I have a Dell Dimension 8250 that I had this problem when I first
uploaded pictures from my digital camera.I fixed the problem there but don't
remember what I did.Now I have this problem on my laptop.Whatever I did the
first time wasn't as comprhensive as what I am reading to correct the
problem.Any Ideas?
 
i am new at posting. i am able to reply, but not post a new question. anyone
know the reason for this??????

All you need to do is create a new folder in your regular My Documents
for the pictures you don't want to automatically appear in the desktop
background list. Then when you want to use one of your pictures as the
background, go to Display and then browse for the picture.
