Desktop background settings disabled

Dear Sir,

My desktop bacgrund sttings are disabled May i know the solution
for that to restore destop bacground settings. The settings are corrupted by
some biruses so kindly help me out thnak you.

Start Regedit.exe and navigate these two locations:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]

In the right-pane, delete the following values if found:

- NoDispAppearancePage
- NoThemesTab
- NoDispBackgroundPage
- NoDispScrSavPage
- NoDispSettingsPage

Then follow-up with Malware cleanup.
