Desktop and Taskbar

When I start up Win XPe i don't see anything on my desktop and i don't see
my taskbar.
How can i enable my desktop and taskbar?

Are you using the Explorer Shell?
Most of the settings you want are under 'settings' in the User Interface
Core component.
