I have MS outlook 2003 installed on W2k
all what I am looking for to display windows (You have a new mail, do you
want to read it)
or some thing like this, to leave the windows on the screen either on the
right botton screen
or in the any place on the screen.
Example like old version in MS outlook XP

This is not possible. You can configure your Desktop Alert to stay on top
for 30 seconds in Tools-> Options-> tab Preferences-> button E-mail
Options...-> button Advanced E-mail Options...-> button Desktop Alert
Settings...

email?
it's not PRACTICAL CAN i INSERT THE TO 200 SECOND?

You would still be having the New Mail envelope in the Notification Area.
