DESIGNTIMEDRAGDROP niggling little attribute

Just wondered why the annoying DESIGNTIMEDRAGDROP attribute still
keeps appearing in Visual Studio 2003? I would have thought it would
have been eradicated by now in this release. I like dragging and
dropping, I just can't stand the html clean up I have to perform every
five minutes.

Still Notepad has it's uses in the 21st centuary!
