Design view not displaying controls on my form

I removed a form and all its associated files (designer, vb, resx) from a
project because I was having a problem with that form. I copied these files
to another folder away from the project folder. The problem turned out not
to be with that form. I fixed the problem and copied the files of the
removed form back to the project folder and re-added these files back to the
project. When I run the project - the form shows up with all of its
controls/attributes and everything works on it. But in design view, all I
see is the default gray form with default dimensions - no controls. The
controls get added to the form when I run the project. How can I restore
these controls visually in the design view?

Nevermind. The controls came back on their own. I guess it was a time thing
with VS. had to wait for it to recognize the files.
