design tool for web site

Hi,
I am looking for a free graphical tool in which i can design the
navigation for a new-to-be-build website. Pages and links in a
surveyable way. Whishes:
- zoomable
- many items on a A3 size sheet of paper
- multi pages of paper if the site gets too complex for printout on
one sheet
- if there are no crosslinks then it would be nice to be able to
hide/unhide sub-pages
- text search if possible

try www.openoffice.org this should satisfy your needs although it´s
not a typical graphic software but for such a navigation-task good
enough anyway.
