When I open power point and try to create a new presentation, no design templates show up in the task pane to the right. Some of them show up as white boxes and I am able to click on those and the slide changes, but I still can't tell which templates they are. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Thanks!

Hi KB,

Have you tried upgrading your video drivers?

Hi Glenna,
No, I haven't tried upgrading my video drivers. How
would I do this and why is this important?

Thanks!

Hi KB,

I thought it might be a display refresh problem and it almost never hurts to
have the latest video drivers. I can't find any other references why your
design template thumbnails aren't displaying.

Go the web site for your PC (for example, www.dell.com), find the section
for support and downloads and search for the video drivers for your PC
model.

HTH,
Glenna
