Design a report with verticle information instead of horizontal

I'm having difficulty replicating an excel report in Access. The Excel sheet
shows information as

Property1 Property2....
Name
address
zoning
.......

I can easily produce this where property is going down and Informaiton goes
to the right.

I've even tried to have just the labels on the Main report and data on a
subreport with 3 columns per page. This resulted in one page displaying
correctly and 3 pages without labels.

Any suggestions?

Have a look at a crosstab query/report.

Sorry but Cross Tab doesn't work. As far as I know. I need

Prop Prop2 .....
Name abc dfg
Amps Yes No
Sale $1m $2.5
......

Cross tab's need Colmn and Row heading and 1 Value. I have many Values
