deprived of msn!!!

i cannot connect to msn messenger or msn email or msn
explorer and in my network connections it says my local
area connection cable is unplugged, any1 know how i can
sort it?

do you have your home network setup ? if so tell us more details.

Does web browsing even work at all?

I had this fault connection cable unpluged when cables
were pluged in only to find out RE:help with Newsgroup
that the cables I was using were wrong type Crossover
instead of Straight I used CAT 5. this might be your
problem? The crossover were good for just two computers
without a Hub.As soon as I pluged in cable it took a
reading.Worth a try...Norman
