deployment files

Does anyone have a utility that will take about 700mb of an xpe build
and compress it. I would like to copy the result then uncompress it
so that I may boot it later. I have tried to simply zip the files,
but the files apparently loose integrity and some attributes.

I have tried to use the sdiLoader, but I want my final partition to be
4gig, with a second part for non ewf data also 4 gig. My sdi file, is
then 8 gig which doesn't fit on the cd...

Anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

I wrote a recovery program that compresses the image
retaining file attributes. Image size is 155MB compressed
and expands to about 380MB.

I fit an 80MB XPe boot image on the CD, my install program
and the compressed files with room for later expansion.

Perhaps you could do something similar?
