I have just written my first Pocket PC application using CE 5.0


I'm confused about how to package and deploy the application. I've gone
through several web pages that show how to do it, but as I follow the
directions, something comes up and I don't have the options (example: the
instructions say to do this...On the Build menu within Visual Studio .NET,
there is an option "Build Cab File". Run this, and VS.NET will produce the
CAB files... but that option is not on my menu.)

I've looked through the "Deploying Windows Mobile Applications" in the SDK,
but that really sucks and gets me even more lost.

Does anyone have a better resource for packaging and deploying???

Alternatively, give our app a test-drive.

You can drag'n'drop your .Net CF .cab files, you app .cab file, plus
any other files into our app, and we'll compress them all up into a
simple compressed standalone installer .exe for your PDA.

It'll also create a standalone installer file for your Desktop.. simply
choose which of the two installers is more useful for you.
