Deploying Published Printers to AD Users

Hello Guys,

I am having an issue deploying an IP Based printer to
about 150 users. I would like to deploy such printer
using some sort of Script or maybe using a GPO that will
automatically install this IP based printer. I been
thinking of adding the printer to the server then
publishing it to Active Directory, but that still makes
me run around and install it on each client. Is there a
way I can automatically deploy such printer using GPO's,
Scripts or Active Directory.
