Deploying Multiple Images

I went on a job with a senior network technican when I was
subcontracting. He had ordered twenty computers for a client. He had a
preconfigured image. He used what looked like a switch to connect
these systems. Using that device he deployed the images all at one
time.

Is this the standard way to deploy images? What happens when you have
hundreds of new systems? This tech wasn't the kind of guy that liked
questions.

What a jerk. Evidently insecure. Try this for size:

I've never used sysprep, and there may be other ways of doing this.

You haven't given us many details to go on but yep, this is largely how we
handle rollouts where I come from. Master image SYSPREP-ped, one server,
multiple clients, network PXE boot or boot diskette.
