I want to deploy SP4 to all my windows 2000 machines. How
can I deploy this to all users in my enterprise? If
there's an article that tells you step by step that would
be great

Thank you..

What if the system doesn't have a service pack or maybe only service
pack 1? As I understand it, SUS needs SP 2 and the update client, or SP
3 or greater. We had some machines at remote offices that fit that bill.
What I did was configure the default domain group policy to deploy
service pack 4, then SUS could update everything else.

This way, if we do have some very out of date machine, or a remote
office has to reload from the OEM Windows 2000 CD (has SP1), they are
still covered. The service pack 4 white paper goes over Group Policy
deployment, and it worked for us without a hitch, and was easy to set up.
