Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.MFCLOC error

I get this from my event viewer after windows reboots by itself. I don't
know what it is or where to find it. The error continues: The reference
assembly is not installed on your system. This happens several times a day
on a fresh load of windows including SP2 and all updates except IE7

CAN ANYONE HELP ME?
