deny any downloads on Limited Accoun

I work in a Public Library & want to deny any type of
downloads on the Limited Account I have created. How do
I do that? I especially want to deny MSN Messenger or
Yahoo Chat
 
Kristi,

You can't actually prevent people from downloading software, however you can
make it very difficult for them to do so. You can prevent applications like
Yahoo Chat and Msn Messenger form being used, but it really can depend on
exactly what you want to do, each different situation needs a specific
policy arangement.
