Hi Stadababa,
You could setup Parental Control restrictions in Internet Explorer,
however since they could just download another web browser to
workaround that type of restriction, you will most likely have to
remove Administrator priviledges from his User Account.
All company policies aside, usually it's only polite for co-workers
to wear headphones or earbuds when taking a break from work
to enjoy a game, a song, or any other multimedia break activity.
