denied permissions

A friend called me about a problem with there 2k server.
It appears the admin set everyone on the computer to
denied permissions. Including the admins themselves. So
no one can get into the server or the files.

Is there anything that can be done about this?
 
Is this server in a domain and if so is it a domain controller. Also what
permissions - ntfs, logon locally, etc? --- Steve
