Denied access to properties for recycle bin

Situation:
User's wrong-doing... Into the Recycle Bin properties
(from desktop icon), the file name was deleted;

Problem:
therefor what we have on the desktop is a bin with
absolutly no name...not so terrible, yet it is now
impossible to access the recycle bin Properties as
nothing appears after selecting Properties,after right-
clicking the icon of course.

Desperation call:
Help us with this clumsyness please!

Select R and scroll to Recycle Bin
Repair or Replace.

TRY RETYPE THE NAME BACK.
