Denial of access to email attachments

Outlook Express displays the message, "Outlook Express has
denied access to this attachment". How do I get rid of
this and open up the file?
 
Mmmmm, perhaps Tools/Options/Security tab
Uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be displayed/opened....."
