Can some one tell me how to :

1. Find which File Server is current PDC of Windows
2000 domain.

2. How to demote and promote a PDC.

3. How to configure a Time Server and synchronize
the time on every computer.

W2K domains don't have PDCs or BDCs, they're all domain controllers.
