Delphi trial version error

Tim

Whenever I attempt to access any Windows XP functions
(Control Panel, IE, Windows Explorer, desktop properties,
etc) I receive the following error; "This module was
compiled with a trial version of Delphi. The trial
version has expired." I click 'ok' and the error box goes
away, but it doesn't allow me access to the function or
service I was attempting to use. Booting the system up
in 'Safe Mode' prevents the error from occurring. Any
suggestions on what is causing this error and how to fix
it? I've already reloaded Windows XP, installed the
latest patches, and performed a system restore and it
didn't fix the error.

Thank you very much!!! BTW--I tried Ad Aware and SpyBot
and neither removed the offending file, neither did the
add/remove program feature of control panel (even though
it said it was removed). However, the Borland website
pointed out the specific file I need to delete. And I'll
do that at the command prompt. Thanks Again!!!
