Dell window opens on start up

Whenever we start our computer, a Dell window comes up and we have to close
it. It is annoying, but we can't figure out how to stop it from appearing.
When going to start, run and msconfig, there are three different Start up
items with Dell listed. How will I know which to uncheck? Thanks, Abby

1. Try them one at a time.

2. Tell us what the annoying Window says, and tell us what the three
startup items are called.
 
The window is the Dell folder that is in the Program Files. All three items
in the msconfig are C:\Program Files\Dell... I can't seem to see what the
.... means.
