it to go to sleep BUT Left the Problem witch now has grown to where the only
fix acording to them was restore--they started the restore was to contact me
in 1 hour and did not call back for 4 hours later if their is a way I can get
my computer back in synk i dont know i 'am ready to give up..this is my first
computer ad I type with 1 finger
I know this is to much info t 1 time so if I get no Help I will totaly

Restore to what? You have changed your system to do more than 'factory
default' but are not saying what that was. In sync with what? Temporarily
remove whatever you have added to the system, and it's not likely you would
have to 'restore' anything. Perhaps it's a hardware driver that you do not
have yet, (or even does not exist). You need to identify the problem before
you could ever fix it.

mark i'm sorry dell had me unplug my broadband from the back of my comp to
take computer back to factory--iknew i was going to drop all the stuff I put
on it --no problem
reason to go back: it started wih an up grade that came approx feb 15 after
that in the bottom right of screen is a Green check mark wbox inside says
saktly remove these items --so i did nothing that day-let computer go to
sleep (Walked away w/out shutting it off) when I turned it back on it said it
never went to hibernation
(Because) of the 2 items in the saftly remove WDC WD32-75VVA-SCSI 2ed TSST
Disk Device and now its growing now their is with thr first 2 problems a 3ed
one is on their USB Mass Storage--from the start I knew better than to try to
fix any of the problems I called dell to use my computer was only at that
time less than 30 Days old--so he could not fix it right so he fixed my
computer to go to sleep when i want it to
but he LEFT the PROBLEM and ias i said my system is out of wack the dell
tech had control of my computer--i really ready to give up--any mark their
are sevreal other things thats going wrong but i'm lost I feel giuilty asking
for help even though i paid for help from Dell but oh well---mark thanks for
any-and all the help--Linda

sorry forgot the reason--Dell told me about the only way to fix all the

The Safely Remove Hardware 'notification' is not really so much an 'error'
as it it is a 'nag' that is bothering/worrying you. You should be able to
use your system ignoring it, forever. The keyboard freezing, and wrong
characters is another thing, and is probably related to your 'safely remove
hardware' notice, and would go away if you fix the keyboard thing.
There is a way to remove the problem drivers, and let your system replace
them. It would depend on how confident you are in taking advice here, and if
you can find the courage to really do it. : )
There is no 'guarantee' the try would work, but it would be harmless to try.
If your hardware were somehow broken, I am confident that Dell would have
replaced it when you sent it to them. You probably just need to 'refind' the
drivers.
You want the "USB Root Hub" device drivers replaced.
A device driver is not installed, or a hardware device does not function
correctly after you install Windows Vista Service Pack 1:
