Dell Inspiron 530 vista basic upgrade to WMCE ethernet controller

Hello, I recently bought a dell 530 quad core with vista basic, I have since
went to fleabay and bought the whole 3 disc XP MCE and have tried to install
it. I have the desktop and everything seems okay until I check the system and
there is an ethernet controller conflict (code 28) with a PCI device (code
28), a PCI Simple Communications Controller(code 22), SM Bus Controller(code
22) , Video COntroller ( code 22).

I have tried all the OEM discs while disabling 4 out of five conflicts ( to
single out one at a time) and the subsequent combinations no avail pls help

Go to Dell's website and download all XP drivers and the Desktop software
for this model machine. You need to install the correct drivers. I've just
purchase an Inspiron 530 Desktop for a client running XP so I know the
drivers exist.
