Dell Dimension audio recording

When I try and record from a digital recorder using the recorder jack or
the line in jack the time limit is 60 seconds for my Dell Dimension 3000
desktop. Can this be altered?

what program are you using to record the audio?

If you are using the windows sound recorder, dont use it because it has a
limitation in time of recording

use this:

jetAudio 6.2.6 Basic
