Dell 922 ink change

Hi I have a Dell 922 aio printer and it has just ran out of ink i have always
bought it via dell online and need to print some work out before morning.
to order it online will be tonight so i was wondering does anyone know if its
possible to refill the cartridge and if so how does it matter what brand i
refill with? or do any other cartridges fit this printer? please can someone
suggest anything.

Dell printers are manufactured by Lexmark so go on their site to try ang
find the lexmark model. Some suppliers of third party ink advertise for
refill cart and refill kits. If you decide to refill your carts only use 6ml
of ink per cart as a starter, if you over fill a Lexmark you may find it
affects the ink flow. However you may find you have a problem getting a
refill kit to enable the finish of your work for the morning. Use a search
engine in say Google and type Dell 922 refills and see what comes up. You
will not be able to use any other cart other than what is designed for your
printer. Hope that helps.

Some Staples stores now carry refilled Dell cartridges. However, I
don't know if your specific model has chips, etc, that would prevent
refilling. Otherwise you will have to wait for a mail order cartridge
- Dell printers can be a severe hassle.
