Dell 1700n printer gets error on m$ word mail merge

hi,

while trying to print a mail merge using m$ word ver 2002 the printer gets
an error " Load | Remove Paper" error. I have to power cycle the printer to
clear the error. it prints everything else with no problems and the paper
is NOT JAMED!! Dell willn't talk to unless i pay them because I have had
the printer for more then a year.

Your mail merge is requesting a manual paper feed. Change the feed to tray
and it will work. Load Paper is not an error --- it wants you to feed paper
through the manual slot
